Course Content:
eLearning Platform
- Access eLearning materials one month before the workshop.
- Engage with 2–3 hours of short videos covering key communication skills, models, theories, and example role-plays.
Individual Coaching
- Participate in a 20-minute one-on-one coaching session approximately one week before the workshop.
- Develop a personalised communication challenge to use in role-play exercises.
2-Day Workshop
- Participate in an interactive, online experiential workshop.
- Practice communication skills by role-playing real-world scenarios based on your own experiences.
