National Advance Care Planning Conference 2025

As part of Dying Matters Awareness Week, we would like to invite you to a free event.

The national Advance Care Planning Conference returns to Norwich Research Park on Wednesday 7 May 2025.

This annual day of action and awareness will highlight the importance of Advance Care Planning and encourage everyone to document, share and discuss their wishes.

The conference will take place at the John Innes Conference Centre, with live streaming to centres across the UK and globally.
